REFUND POLICY for The Dog Lodge and Cat Haven at Etchden Court Farm
You are required to pay 50% of any booking for The Dog Lodge and Cat Haven at Etchden Court Farm. This includes but is not limited to Doggy Day Care and Boarding.
Once paid, deposits are non-refundable.
If a owner desires to reschedule his or her boarding or Daycare a booking is transferable at The Dog Lodge and Cat Haven discretion. Application for moving dates is required in writing with 30 days notice. Rescheduled bookings must take place within 12 months of the original booking date.
An administration fee may apply.
The Dog Lodge and Cat Haven reserves the right to cancel or postpone any booking or related bookings in our sole discretion. If we cancel or postpone a booking, we will use reasonable efforts to reschedule the cancelled or postponed dates to within twelve (12) months from its original booking date.
The non-refundable deposit, as set out in the Booking Form, if cancellation occurs not less than 14 days of the scheduled services.
Without prejudice to clause 9.1, in the event of the Service Provider cancelling or otherwise not being able to provide the Services the Service Provider shall either:
– arrange alternative services or providers to a value and quality that would have been
provided; or
– refund any monies paid under this Agreement for the Services; and
– in either case, provide 24 hours’ notice, or if 24 hours is not practical, for example in a sudden event or emergency, notice as soon as it is reasonably possible.
