All dogs must have both the standard vaccinations and the kennel cough vaccination.

We are UNABLE to accept your booking without proof of vaccinations in advance.

The kennel cough vaccination must be done a minimum of 4 weeks before your dog’s stay if its a reset or if your dog hasn’t had the vaccination before.

There are no exceptions to this rule.

When completing your booking form, you will be asked to select a specific time for drop off and collection. These are allocated appointment times, not approximate arrival windows.

The dogs in our care are always our priority. Staggered appointments ensure our team is ready for each arrival and departure, kennels are prepared, bedding has been washed and staff are not taken away unnecessarily from the dogs already staying with us.

Allocated times also help us maintain a calm and safe environment, avoid unnecessary disruption and ensure dogs from different households do not come into contact with one another.

If you are going to be late, you must contact us before your allocated appointment time so that we can arrange a new time where possible. If you arrive late without contacting us first, a £10 late arrival fee will be charged.

Please do not arrive outside your allocated time without speaking to us. By arriving at the agreed time, you are helping us keep The Dog Lodge calm, safe and running smoothly for every dog in our care.
