Book Your Dog’s Stay

We are delighted that you are considering The Dog Lodge for your dog’s stay.

The dogs in our care are always our priority. Every part of our booking process has been designed to help us provide a calm, safe and properly prepared environment for every dog staying with us.

Before completing the booking form to request your booking, please take a moment to read the important information below. Our requirements are in place for the health, safety and wellbeing of all dogs in our care, and we are grateful for your understanding and cooperation.

Before You Complete the Booking Form

Please only continue if you have read and understood the following:

Vaccinations

Your dog must have received all mandatory vaccinations.

This includes the kennel cough vaccination, which must have been administered at least four weeks before the start of your dog’s stay.

You will be required to provide proof of vaccination before your booking can be confirmed.

Sundays

We do not offer drop offs or collections on Sundays under any circumstances. There are no exceptions to this rule.

Sunday is a dedicated rest day, allowing the dogs in our care to enjoy a calm, quiet and uninterrupted day.

Please check your dates carefully and ensure your travel arrangements allow you to drop off and collect your dog between Monday and Saturday.

Drop Off and Collection Times

You will be asked to select a specific time for drop off and collection. These are allocated appointment times, not approximate arrival windows.

Staggered appointments allow us to prepare each kennel, ensure bedding is clean and ready, and make certain that a member of staff is available to welcome or return your dog without being taken unnecessarily away from the dogs already in our care.

They also help us avoid unnecessary disruption and ensure that dogs from different households do not come into contact with one another.

If you are going to be late, you must contact us before your allocated appointment time so that we can arrange a new time where possible. If you arrive late without contacting us first, a £10 late arrival fee will be charged.

Please do not arrive outside our opening hours or your allocated appointment time without speaking to us first.

Dogs from Different Households

Dogs from different households are never mixed. There are no exceptions.

Dogs from the same household may stay and exercise together where requested by their owner.

Confirmation and Payment

Submitting this form does not confirm your booking.

Once you have completed the form, please wait for confirmation from our office before making any payment.

Once your booking has been confirmed, payment must be made within 48 hours. If payment is not received within 48 hours, your booking will be cancelled and the dates released.

Kennel Cough is a LIVE vaccine. Your dog(s) must have been vaccinated four weeks prior to pre-booked drop off date. We reserve the right to reject any dogs without a proof of vaccination, minimum FOUR weeks prior to booking date, as per our terms & conditions. *

The Dog Lodge provides a calm, secure and enriching environment for dogs whose owners are away from home. We offer both short and long stays, with each dog receiving individual care tailored to their routine, personality and needs.

With comfortable accommodation, dedicated exercise, plenty of enrichment and experienced staff on site, everything is carefully prepared to help your dog feel safe, settled and well cared for throughout their stay.
